Falsifying your age for the purpose of purchasing products from this web site is illegal and is punishable by law. Purchasing items on behalf of a minor is prohibited and punishable by law and future restrictions on our website.

We reserve the right to request additional identification such as state identification card or passport. The name on the order must match the name on the I.D.

Age Verification To place an order or contribute to the product funding campaign, users must provide the full legal name, permanent address and date of birth. Before any product is delivered or any Contribution becomes final, the information you provide will be shared with and verified and cross-referenced with public records by a third-party vendor to confirm that the purchaser is at least 21 years of age. In the case that the public records fail to match, the purchaser may be required to provide a non-expired government-issued I.D. or other identification documentation for human verification. At that time, you will be asked to email a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age, name, and shipping address.

We take the age requirement very seriously, and will not honor any Contribution or deliver any EZ-UP Aurora Units to a Contributor that is not at least 21 years of age. If you falsify your actual age or otherwise lie about your age when setting up an account and/or making a Contribution, we will immediately terminate your account and will not refund any Contribution you have made.

We also reserve the right to deny and cancel the order if proper identification cannot be provided in a timely manner. In such circumstances, we will also terminate your account and will not refund any Contribution you have already made.
